The Journal "Tuberculosis, Lung Diseases, HIV Infection" being scientific and practical journal facilitates the enhancing Ukrainian medical science prestige and forming new generation of academic and teaching staff. The reason of the appearance of the periodical is that problems reported on its pages are the most widespread and at the same time the biggest challenge in the healthcare system. Threatening morbidity dynamics of tuberculosis and HIV infection urges national healthcare system, scientific schools of leading institutes and universities to extension in-depth system researches in order to study pathogenesis, to work out universal standards of diagnostics and treatment, to lay the foundation for realization of large-scale informatively-educational campaigns for the prevention of these dangerous diseases.

"Tuberculosis, Lung Diseases, HIV Infection" is a modern, high-scientific and practical source of the newest scientific medical information, that introduces advanced national and foreign scientific schools' and medical centers' experience. Journal articles are useful for professional development of phthisiology, pulmonology, infectology young and experienced physicians.
